Kia SP SUV is based on the SP concept displayed at 2018 Delhi Auto Expo

Kia is going to bring a host of interesting cars in India in the coming days, with Kia SP CUV being the first among them. Based on Kia SP concept, the SUV’s sketches have been revealed online. These official sketches show how the car is going to look like. The mid-size SUV will closely follow the concept version displayed at the 2018 Delhi Auto Expo.

Kia SP SUV sports LED projector headlamps complemented by sleek LED daytime running lights. The massive tiger nose front grille, chunky bumper, large air intakes increase its boldness further. Bonnet of the car appears sculpted with sleek creased running towards the nose.

Moving to the side profile, the Kia SP SUV will come with a host of interesting design elements including sculpted wheel arches, bold alloy wheels. So far, the Kia SUV will come with a masculine and bold appealing look. Moving to the back, there will be sleek LED taillights, a sculpted tailgate. Also, there will be a sporty roof spoiler. Skid plates, twin exhaust with chrome tip will add more zing to the SUV.

Inside the cabin, Kia SP SUV boasts a host of features and technologies adding premiumness and appeal. Seat and upholstery material, space and comfort on offer will add more zing to the car. Kia will ensure a high-level safety for sure with multiple airbags for both front and rear occupants, reverse parking camera, a 360-degree camera, ABS, EBD etc.

Speaking about the engines, Kia SP SUV will come with a 1.5-litre petrol engine and a 1.5-litre diesel motor as well. Both the engines will be available with manual and automatic gearbox options. A sporty variant of the car will be launched as well, however at a later stage. This variant would get a 1.4-litre turbocharged petrol motor with a dual-clutch gearbox and paddle shifters.
