Speaking about the design, the Audi Q8 is actually an SUV coupe and it boasts the brand’s new design language. The new design language has been already reflected on the Q3 and Q7 SUVs. Q8 gets a large grille, LED headlights with LED DRLs. The doors are frameless and the wheel arches are flared for more distinct appeal.

This whole thing develops 340bhp and massive 500Nm of twisting force. The engine is mated to an 8-speed Dual-Clutch automatic gearbox which delivers power to all four wheels via Audi’s trademark Quattro system. There is no option for diesel engine as of now but Audi will wait and watch the demand of diesel cars in BS6 era.

Coming to the interior of the Q8, the SUV gets its inspiration of interiors from the A8 sedan. The layout of dashboard and the equipment inside Q8 are taken from the Audi A8. There is a dual-touchscreen control system which was first made available on the Audi A6 sedan. The main screen is a 10.1-inch unit which serves the infotainment purpose while the lower 8.1-inch screen is for controlling the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning). A full-HD 12.3-inch virtual cockpit made its way into the sporty SUV.

Audi Q8 will rival the likes of Land Rover Range Rover Sport, Porsche Cayenne Coupe as well as upcoming BMW X6 which will launch in the near future.
