Skoda Superb Corporate Edition

Skoda Kodiaq and Superb (DSG) Corporate edition is now available in India from Rs 25.99 lakh

Luxury car manufacturer Skoda India has launched corporate edition of its SUV Kodiaq and Superb in the country. The company has priced the Superb petrol (1.8 TSI) for Rs 25.99 lakh and Diesel (2.0 TDI) for 28.49 lakh ex-showroom. The Skoda Kodiaq will set you back by Rs 32.99 lakh ex-showroom, Pan India.

Skoda Superb Corporate edition comes with wider radiator grille, and elongated bonnet, wide headlights, and razor-sharp fog lights at the front. Kodiaq, on the other hand, now gets a chiselled hood, a massive and elegant front butterfly grille which is garnished with chrome and adaptive headlamps with LED DRLs.

Skoda Kodiaq is powered by 2.0 TDI diesel engine which makes 148bhp and 340Nm torque. It is mated to an automatic transmission with 4×4 function. Kodiaq is capable of hitting 100 kmph in 10 seconds with a top speed of around 194 kmph.

The luxurious Superb is propelled by 1.8 TSI Petrol and 2.0 TDI Diesel engines. Turbo Petrol develops 177bhp and 250Nm torque while the turbo diesel belts out 174bhp and 350Nm twisting force. Petrol Superb can do the ton in under 9 seconds with top speed of 230 kmph and diesel have a top speed of 226 kmph with nearly the same acceleration timing.

Speaking about the safety measures, both cars come with an array of electronic safety systems. Some examples of enhanced safety are Multi-Collision Brake which uses the Electronic Stability Control system to reduce any further collisions if any mishap occurs. The car is equipped with 8-airbags while the Kodiaq has 9-airbags which define the level of safety in the cars. ABS, EBD, Hydraulic Brake Assist (HBA), Anti Slip Regulation (ASR), Electronic Stability Control and much more is available for the safety of the passengers.
